The Short Version
Reddy is currently in early access. By joining the waitlist or using the product, you agree to these terms. We're building in the open and will update these as the product matures.
Early Access
Reddy is pre-launch software. Features may change, break, or be removed. Early access pricing is locked for founding members but the product is provided as-is during this phase.
Your Data
You retain full ownership of your CRM data. Reddy processes your data to provide analysis and intelligence. We do not claim any rights to your data, and we do not use it to train models or share it with third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share your CRM data with Reddy (e.g., that your HubSpot admin permissions allow third-party integrations).
Acceptable Use
Don't use Reddy to harm others, violate laws, or abuse the service. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the system.
Limitation of Liability
Reddy provides analysis and recommendations. It does not make business decisions for you. We are not liable for actions taken based on Reddy's output. Always verify critical business decisions with your own judgement.
Cancellation
You can disconnect Reddy from your HubSpot and Slack at any time. Cached analysis data is purged upon disconnection. No long-term contracts during early access.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify active users of material changes via email.
