What We Collect
Waitlist form: First name, last name, work email, company name, and company website. Stored in HubSpot. Used only to contact you about early access.
Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool. No cookies. No personal data collected. No tracking across sites.
CRM data (when you connect): When you connect Reddy to your HubSpot instance, we process your deal, contact, company, and activity data to provide analysis. This data is processed in real-time and used solely to deliver Reddy's intelligence to your team.
What We Don't Do
- We never sell your data
- We never share your CRM data with third parties
- We never use your pipeline data to train AI models
- We never compare your reps publicly
Data Storage
Waitlist data is stored in HubSpot (US-hosted). CRM data processed by Reddy is not permanently stored outside your infrastructure. All communication is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing jared@getreddy.io. If you disconnect Reddy from your HubSpot, all cached analysis data is purged.
